WATCH: Amazon workers confront bosses — END UNION BUSTING at KCVG!
By Workers Strike Back. Published December 1, 2023
Yesterday, 32 Amazon workers marched on our bosses to demand that they STOP union busting and rescind their illegal, retaliatory write-ups against 11 pro-union workers at KCVG.
Amazon management illegally wrote up 11 workers last weekend for participating in union tables outside of work. Management is scared, because well over 1,000 of our co-workers have signed union cards to get a union election and fight for our demands, like $30/hour.
Amazon’s write-ups are blatantly illegal union busting, but Amazon has shown that it is willing to break the law to stop workers from unionizing.
The Guardian and Bloomberg have reported on these recent developments at KCVG, and other major media outlets are coming out with stories soon.
This year alone, Amazon has been charged nearly 200 times with illegal union busting – everything from harassment to surveillance to retaliatory firing – all over the country.
Amazon wants to create a culture of fear. But we have strength in numbers. That’s why we marched on management, and that’s what management is most afraid of. Watch the video of our action now!
