Reinstate Connor Spence! Defend the KCVG 11!

Stop Amazon’s union-busting and intimidation tactics

Workers at KCVG, Amazon’s largest Air Hub, are fighting for a union demanding $30/hr starting pay, 180 hours of paid time off, and union representation at disciplinary meetings. At JFK8 in Staten Island, workers already won a union but Amazon is refusing to bargain.

Amazon is prioritizing their profits and going all out in an illegal union busting campaign. Connor Spence, a leading worker activist at JFK8 was fired in late November after helping organize a walkout and flying to Kentucky to help unionizing workers at KCVG. 11 KCVG workers were recently given “Final Written Warnings” for setting up union tables to talk to coworkers in the employee parking garage.

We can’t wait on the NLRB process, which can drag out for months. Working people stand with Amazon workers fighting for a union & demand Amazon stop union busting!

WE DEMAND:

STOP UNION-BUSTING AT AMAZON! Reinstate Connor Spence & rescind the “Final Written Warning” against 11 KCVG workers!

AMAZON: NEGOTIATE WITH WORKERS AT JFK-8! Amazon is delaying negotiation at the only unionized facility in the US. Come to the table now!
